Greensboro Honda Service

Just sharing my experience so hopefully nobody else goes through this. Took my brand new car to have the window tint replace (they installed it incorrectly before I bought it so I took it back to where I purchased it). When I received my car back there was damage to the drivers side door panel and my car was left absolutely filthy all over, as well as my hatchback leaking? I took the car back the next day (45 mins away) to show the service manager who assured me it would be fixed and cleaned. I also showed him a spot in the tint that was flawed and he assured me it would come out. Surprise! It hasn’t. They did a decent job cleaning it, but sent my car through a car wash without asking me and spider-webbed my paint and ruined the clear coat which costs thousands to correct. I never asked fo

I had an appointment for 10 am. I thought it might take an hour so I planned the rest of my day. They were not busy. They only had 4 other vehicles there. It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment because they take walk ins and those get the same priority as appointments. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They suggested break fuel replacement and a fuel injector clean out. I’m unsurprised by the break fuel replacement but the fuel injector clean out was unnecessary. After 2 and a half hours of waiting I called someone to pick me up. If I had known it was going to take 5 hours I would have dropped my vehicle off and made plans to borrow a friends car. They really need to let people know how long something is going to take rather than having us sit and wait all day. I’l

Great customer service. Even though the price is on the higher end. It’s worth the peace of mind. Getting it done right the 1st time. I was able to save quite a bit of money by them letting me know there was an extended warranty on my car on something that needed to be replaced. A recall on something else.

Waited 2 hours for oil change. Appointment was at 2:30 didn’t leave till 4:30… i understand if they ran behind but they could have told me it will be a wait or that they wouldn’t be able to even see my car until 3:30, that way I could have found a ride home instead of waiting so long at the dealership :/

My daughter is a college student, in the Greensboro area and had an issue with her car. I drove a little over 2 hours, from our home to attend to the issue. Long story short, the Service Department at Greensboro Honda made me feel welcomed and put my mind at ease. Tim Bean (Shop Foreman), J (Shuttle Driver), Jaheim (Vehicle Porter) and a young lady (???) were all professional and approachable. Steve Duncan (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to communicate with me, regarding my daughter's vehicle. In the past 48 hrs that I have dealt with Greensboro Honda, their vehicle service and customer service has surpassed, my local Honda dealer that I have dealt with for approximately 3 years. Thanks
