Greenville Nissan Service Department

As usual, everything went great at Greenville Nissan. Went in for an oil change and left with a new car. Smooth as silk !!! Great customer service and a lovely sales associate to help me on the way. Couldn't ask for better service !!!!!

I had an issue with my new vehicle that may have been a manufacturer/ assembly issue, and Greenville, NC Nissan was quick to assist me to the best of their ability. It was not any particular persons fault and mistakes happen, but I truly appreciate Nissan doing their part and solving the issue. Thank you!

Very good experience. They were a little backed up when I got there and I was told it would be an hour and a half- even though I had an appointment- but I was out of there in 45 min. The waiting area was comfortable and they had Starbucks coffee. The gal that checked me in was super friendly and professional. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been using Grenville Nissan dealership for many years. Monday morning I called the dealership to arrange for an oil change on my Nissan Titan 2019. Maurice the Young service manager answered the phone and said sure I’ll bring your truck in. I brought my truck yet early that morning, received at the service bay with a friendly smile and courtesy. They asked that I wanna wait or have my vehicle delivered. I chose the The ladder. They text me about some additional work that needed to be done on my Titan. I chose one of the things that they recommended. I felt like some of it could wait. They delivered my truck cause I already informed them that I would be sleeping. I had never been to this location for service. I was highly impressed with my overall experience. Allen in the service department will be the reason I return for future service, he was awesome! He explained details, kept me informed throughout the whole process. I also love how you receive status text messages throughout your time while waiting. This location I would highly recommend, thank you Allen for your exceptional customer service!
