💩💩💩 they use fake prices to generate traffic bring people in, I wasted my afternoon I when there because I like the price of a car and when we start working on the paperwork they told me that they put money into a car 4k to be exactly for reconditioning the car 😂🤔😱 if you're planning to go in there make sure to have all the numbers before you waste your time!!! Really really poor business practices...

I took my car in for an oil change and an additional service to repair a windshield washer fluid leak. When the service was completed and I left, I got stranded shortly after, and my car would not start. The battery had expired and the servicer failed to diagnose a dead battery during their inspection. There are also scratches under the hood of my car, which did not exist prior to getting this service. It appears the mechanic may have placed his tools or whatever he was using to replace the washer fluid motor/hose on the plastic cover causing damage. The dealership now refuses to take ownership, stating that there is no proof they were not already there. Poor experience, and poor handling by the management team. Bought my first car there, absolutely fantastic car honestly. 0 issues, I love my KIA. Maintance is so overpriced for no reason. Got it done al Valvoline for $400 less and they are quicker. Not coming back for any service. Only warranty if there's ever something wrong.

Came to get my complimentary oil change. Made an appointment for 730, got here at 728. Its 1011 and I'm just getting a text that my vehicle is being serviced, making me miss my 10am appointment across town. Was told the car ahead of me was a harder job. Why would you make someone with just an oil change wait 3 hours for a 30 min job???? Never ever will I return for any service at this location. Came here previously for a recall was told 1 hr and was here for almost 3 as well. Ridiculous. The only good thing were the snacks, but no good enough to have me waiting 3 hrs for a simple oil change. Do better.

The service department is something else I was told by the person who checked me in that I had used all my visits up but looking over my contract which is prepaid which I did not ask for is worth 1000. 4 oil change visits does not add up to 1000 I immediately cancelled my pre paid contract. Im not sure what they think but don't let them fool you and make sure you read over your pre paid contract and check what service you have gotten this is the last time I will visit this location
