I would like to take this time out and let everyone know.., That I have had one of thee greatest salesmen ever when I met Curtis Dorsey !. I took my Jeep Patriot in back in August for a routine transmission service (filter, gasket, and fluid). I had never had a transmission leak before this service. Immediately afterward, the vehicle began leaking transmission fluid. I brought it back and was told the leak was due to the gasket not being installed correctly. Even after that repair, the vehicle continued leaking. When I returned again, I was told the problem was the oil dipstick and was given an explanation of how that could happen. I approved the repair, only to be told at pickup that the gentleman on the phone had “said the wrong thing” and it was actually the transmission dipstick. I could talk for hours and it still wouldn't be enough time to say what I wanted about the service and staff of Greewood Auto. My truck sat for 3 and a half months as I tried to fix it and I finally towed it to Greenwood for repair and within a week I had my truck back and running again. I can't say enough about the Staff and Technicians at Greenwood they are amazing at what they do and highly recommend them for any Chrysler built automotive needs !! Thank you all at Greenwood for getting this "Country Boy" his truck back.

Wish I could give half a star lol. They won’t touch anything on your car without a check engine light, even with an extended warranty. Sold me a Jeep with cooling issues. Took it in for a coolant leak from the pump. Put 3 pumps on and still leaked. The leak didn’t stop until I personally bought a thermostat and had them install it. Not only that, returned my car with the coolant level well below the recommended level. Also took it in for a rough idle. They pulled out a faulty plug and “cleaned it off” then stuck it right back in. Months later after changing them myself, they installed it so tight even an impact couldn’t remove it LOL. The service department is a joke and doesn’t know what a torque spec is, let alone something like a thermostat housing won’t throw a check engine code. Do yo
