DANGEROUS! I've always reffered people to Greer for automotive work. NOT ANY LONGER. This is the 4th case of flat out life threatening and dangerous work so far. I took my car in to have a ball joint replaced since my press was being borrowed by a friend. It was not torque properly and came loose within a week. Fortunetly I caught it and fixed it. I have an 06 GMC that had brake likes done here, from the front to back the brake lines are rubbing multiple parts of the frame, body, and each other. Same story with my 06 Suburban. NEVER under any circumstance should you brake lines rub against each other or any other metal part of your vehicle! This is extremely dangerous and shady work for something so vital to your safety, your families safety, and other people's lives on the road!

Update: Greer Automotive reached out to us and fully resolved the issue. We appreciate their professionalism. We took our truck camper into Greer Automotive at the end of Oct 2025 while passing through the area. On the positive side, they were able to look at our truck that day when we brought it in. Unfortunately, they charged us nearly $300 for rewiring our pigtail incorrectly, causing us to lose power completely to our camper, and forcing us to give up a planned trip to Canada (ie no lights or heat) and causing us to have to backtrack all the way to Wisconsin to finally get the issue fixed correctly. We put in a call to Greer afterwards to discuss the issue, and were told someone would call us back, but they never did…

I got an alignment on my car and the service was great! I bought my car in October from Ken Ganley in Sandusky. My steering wheel was tilted to the right and the car lot I bought it from said they would fix it. I left my car overnight with the car lot all the way in Sandusky twice and the steering wheel was still titled. I was told ‘it’s just the conditions of the roads.’ I explained my continuous issue to Greer Automotive they got me in in a few days, had my car fixed in a timely manor, with a decent price. Steering wheel is nice and straight !

I contacted them Saturday night and had my car dropped of Monday and fixed by Tuesday! Great service and fair prices. They answer all your questions and if they notice anything else they contact you immediately! Will recommend to anyone!

Service was so quick!! My car was looked at for the concerns I noted and I was called by 8:30 in the morning letting me know what the inspection found. It was then repaired the same day. Very impressed. Things were explained well and options were given on repairs.
