My brother recently took his car to get get an alignment for all 4 tires and only did the front tires. For some reason they decided not to do the back tires and made some excuse saying it wasn’t necessary even though he asked for a 4 wheel alignment. He also asked for the results of the alignment on a print out and they didn’t put the front caster on both sides of the car into the specified range. There was also an excuse for that as well. I took my car there recently for a 4 wheel alignment. I dropped my car off in the morning and they called right before they closed and said they just looked at it and it needed new rear struts, and then asked if I would like them to go ahead and replace them. Stopped by last minute to ask them to assess a screw stuck in my tire. Took a look at it pulled it and realized there was no puncture. Very courteous in marking it in case it did leak and sent me on my way without a charge! Great guys, will definitely bring my car back when needed! Highly recommended by a coworker too.
