First time buyers at Gregg Smith Motors. Dennis & Brian were great to find the vehicle quickly we wanted. Friendly, small town business people. Appreciated the efficiency of completing the paperwork! Answered all our questions about the vehicle.

Not sure what happened but they took Off a shield after my oil change after it was detached as I drove away. This story is actually longer but in the interests of time.. I had to ask them if the shield was put back on as I left service dept. Thry did not volunteer this info. They said no but then asked if I wanted them to order me one when I asked if it was necessary. They put one on after a few weeks. I don t believe they were being completely transparent with me. Not a fan. Won’t return. I hate leaving negative reviews but if you get serviced there, make sure you are on top of it as much as possible.

I really want to thank Dallas at the dealership today. Just purchase a vehicle and needed to get the brake pads and rotors done and get it worked on and he was able to get me in immediately. The service was quick, friendly and fast and they were able to drop me off at my work and also drop the vehicle off back to me today which shows everyone wanting service this dealership is completely dependable. Thank you again Dallas for all your hard work today!

Greg Smith and staff are hands down the best ever. I drive two hours to get my car serviced because of their professionalism and courtesy shown towards their customers. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to GREG.
