For the past 3 years, I have been relying on Greg and his team to keep my 2004 and 2006 GMC pickups on the road. His hourly rates are fair; his knowlege is exceptional and he delivers prompt turn-around time. I high recommend Greg's Automotive.

Greg replaced a non-functioning window in my Buick. I hadn't had the car very long, and he noticed it was due for an oil change, which he did at the same time of the window repair. His price was considerably lower than several other estimates I had. I am happy to find a reliable mechanic so close by. Tomorrow I'm taking it over for another oil change and anti-freeze check.

I live far away, but had my mom bring her vehicle in for two safety concerns. I was charged over $1,000 for a misdiagnosis, and she is still having the same issues. Greg was unforthcoming and borderline gaslit my mom about this, saying the symptoms were different than what were initially described. He warned my mom not to drive the car until he worked on it again. I called for a second quote and he said he'd send one over. We waited a week for the second quote, but it didn't come. Finally, I called again and got the second quote from him after some effort, but I suspected it would still not the address both of the primary concerns based off of our first experience with him and how this repair could not possibly be related to one of the symptoms.
