The team here is AWESOME! No other shop will compare to the service Alonso and Chris provide! The techs here are thorough and just don't throw any part at it in hopes it fixes it. They have been a blessing in diagnosing an issue with my sons car and taking their time to get it done correctly and reasonably priced.

I am so happy to finally find an Automotive home. They're so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and thorough. They do not try to upsell you for stuff you're not ready to do yet or do not need. They are very honest. We owned an automotive shop for 60 years in Tucson and since I moved here 7 years ago I had a hard time finding an automotive shop that worked like we did. I finally found them and plan on being a long time customer. I have complete confidence in them and my daughter does also.

Went here for an oil change after booking last minute the day before and they were great! Didnt mention any work on their digital inspection that I didn't already know about and they weren't pushy at all. I ended up having them fix my leaking differential drain plug also and they were able to order the part and have me come back for the service in the afternoon. Thank you!

I been bringing my car to Greulich’s for quite a while and I will continue to go. Kyle is very professional. He tells you everything about your car explains everything and even ask you if you need a ride home with a Lyft car and bring you back after your car is ready. That’s a great service that they provide. They even have coupons that can help you with your overall service. I’ve had oil changes there, bushings, which my car dealership was going to charge me a lot more money for the service. They don’t try to upsell you. They let you know what is most important service you should get done. I highly recommend them. I will be going back in December for my oil change and upkeep maintenance on my Toyota Venza. Keep up the excellent work and the great customer service.

Brought my car to do an oil change, made an appointment the day prior via telephone. The manager Chris was great and , provided excellent customer service. The tech performed the oil change efficiently.The waiting room was very clean and, organized. I had a positive experience at this shop, definitely recommend them
