These guys are heroes, truly! I can’t begin to express how thankful we are for their honesty, compassion and skill. We are from Ohio and in New England doing disaster relief (we keep the cell towers up). We were on top of Snowy Owl resort when our Chevy Silverado 3500 Duramax decided not to start. A local dealer promised they could look at her first thing the next day if we could get ger there. So a zillion phone calls later we’re in a hotel and this dealer has our truck. The next morning we can’t reach them till 9:30 when they said they open at 8 and when we get a service manager on the phone he coldly told us he didn’t think he’d even look at our truck today and no way he would fix it. Went to another shop for an alignment, they tried 3 times to get the truck aligned... unsuccessfully. They kept telling me "the computer says it's good". Went to an appointment at Greylock... truck was taken in on time. The tech talked to me about the issues, test drove the truck, put it on the rack and aligned it. Test drove the truck, then got me to drive it too. Nailed it to perfection on the first try. I was very impressed and happy with the service I got... and their price is the best in the area. Thank you, you happily earned my business with both my trucks.

An honest mechanic exists! This literal mom and pop shop goes beyond the trifecta. They are honest, they do great work, their prices are good, and they have social skills. They do not engage in upselling, and instead only fix what actually needs fixing. Also, the most comfortable waiting area I've ever sat in. A cushioned rocking chair? I almost fell asleep. And talk about going the extra mile, they drove me to my home while they worked on my car and picked me up when it was done. 100% satisfied. Wouldn't change a thing.

It looks small but I couldn't ask for a more respectful place to bring my car they are honest and stand behind their work, and they try their best to keep it as low as they can within reason, of course, thank you, you guys are amazing.

I want to preface this review that Greylock Repair Center typically offers great service, friendly atmosphere, and honesty all at a fair price. With that said there’s a reason I am rating them 3 stars and not 5. I recently booked out an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Leading up to the repair I called a few times asking when I’d get an estimate on the work they recommended be done due to a coolant leak from my turbo fittings. The estimate was never received. I noticed my coolant depleting below threshold every few hundred miles, so I continually topped it off when needed assuming it was the leak from the turbo fittings and is why I scheduled the appointment. Upon showing up to my appointment they were trying to be honest with me and explained they were unsure on the amount of labor needed
