I needed a car to get out of the city this weekend for a snowboarding trip and almost rented from one of the big corporate guys. I would've had to go all the way to JFK (with all my heavy gear in hand unless I wanted to double back home before even leaving for the mountain) to pick up the car I was looking at going for but then I did one last search and found GRH. With them, I was able to have a better car delivered to my house and picked up upon return for the same cost I almost paid to the corporate fat cats. On top of that, Alvaro was very friendly, punctual, and communicative throughout the process. The next time I need a car I'll be renting it from GRH.
