Overall sales experience was great as Chris is very responsive and easy to work with. . Service department truly excels as there were a few issues which required several appointments. Laura is a tru professional- very straightforward , communicative and very knowledgeable. Best service rep I’ve ever worked with. Adam, the service technician is also very knowledgeable and thorough as he did much research in figuring out what the issues were and how to address them.

Grieco Service department is thorough and they always call to inform of any issues that need attention. I feel safe driving a car that is serviced at this dealership. You can add in the fact that they pick up my car and drop it off when the service is completed. That just adds icing to the cake!

Bought my 2023 Black Diamond Bronco from these guys. We had some small problems but they were amazing in handling it and did so in a timely fashion. They are honest and always try to take care of their customers.
