They came highly recommended to me and I finally understand why after the experience I personally had. I will recommend this auto shop to all! I had an outstanding customer experience from Elijah at the front to Ryan who performed the bodywork and Chuba who installed various items and sensors on my car. The people working on in the main shop are professional, friendly and kind. They have a beautiful and clean waiting room and they perform all the work for West Palm Beach Police and Riviera Beach PD and I can see why. They are experts and true artists of their craft when it comes to fixing cars and also can provide you with quotes for glass and mechanic repairs. Not to mention, their prices are reasonable, honest and fair for the incredible work they perform. Big shout out to Ryan and Chuba

Had a great experience with Griffin. They completed the replacement of a full roof glass panel on my car and I was very concerned that the vehicle would never be the same. Roof was replaced and you would never know that anything had been done. Nice job to Ryan and his team!

It’s always hard to find a good mechanic for my Sprinter van. When my cabin AC stopped working, I called around different shops, but Griffin Auto seemed like the most trustworthy. They were available to fit me in for an appointment the next day, knew exactly what service I needed (vacuum recharge and pressure check), gave me a transparent quote, and set clear expectations. When I arrived there, I was greeted by Russell who kept me posted over the few hours the diagnostic tool. Within 4 hours, I drove off with a working AC and it cost me exactly what they quoted. Because my van is also a DIY camper that I travel and live in part time, I’m super particular on where I take it for service. These guys were awesome! I 100% recommend this auto shop for all work needed to be done on your vehicle! It shows a lot that they do all of the work for the West Palm Beach Police Department because they're so great. I picked this shop out of the rest specifically because of the employee Gavin though (I had no idea about the police contract). He was very helpful when I called on the phone and very patient with all of the questions that I asked him. He went above and beyond to help me.
