Grime Scene Car Wash - Quaker

My car was damaged a little bit going through this car wash. I went through twice in one day. Once during the day and again for the"Tunnel of Terror" I brought it to their attention the next day and after two weeks of not hearing back from them, I reached out just to be told the damage was preexisting. Management never called me. No reason for their decision. No apology. Nothing. I honestly knew that would most likely be the result, but I was hoping for something more than what I got.... Which was nothing . I can't prove that it wasn't damaged prior....but they can and for some reason won't. I would love to see the photo that they are basing their decision on. I don't have have a photo because I don't take pics of my car. If I'm wrong, then I'll apologize and move on. The damage is in the

Highly recommended - the staff deserves a raise. You are always greeted with a smile, before you go in the car wash they throughly brush down your vehicle not just spray some solution on the front like I’ve experienced at other places. At the end of the car wash you are greeted again with a waive and smile a wipe down of your vehicle and even airing out the water in lining of the mirrors. The staff is the reason I keep coming back: Thank you and keep up with the little things, because they matter!

This place was top tier. My car was attacked by avian excrement while parked near tech this weekend and looked bad. The worker did an excellent pre wash that made it possible for my car to shine! This was my first time and I will be back!

Best car wash in town! Customer service is clearly a priority as I always leave commenting on the friendliness of all the staff I encountered. Their memberships are well worth it, I’m thankful they have more locations opening up in the area. I love when it rains and the dirt blows because it’s just another excuse to get my car washed! Keep it up, guys!

$7 is the cheapest automated car wash in town. I can personally wash my own truck for $4.75 at a a coin-operated car wash. They had personal window cleaners at the end of the wash which was a great touch. I would definitely come back again.
