Best customer service I have ever received. We were traveling from California to Tennessee for Christmas to be with family and we got a flat from a shredded semi tire and we called them at midnight on Saturday. They didn’t have our tire that we needed, but they drove all the way out put on our spare in less than 10 minutes. We started driving and our spare fell apart, and they pulled back up to fix it, and then followed us all the way to our hotel room. I can’t say enough good things about these men. Thank you guys so much! Such a Christmas miracle!

DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!Just got off the phone with this company. Needed a tire swap. Had my own spare and was taking my old tire with me (no disposal fee). I was about 15 minutes away close to Shamrock. The guy told me to swap my tire he would do it for $400! Not buying a tire...JUST LABOR FEE! THESE ARE THE TYPE OF PEOPLE TO AVOID! $400 LABOR FEE JUST TO SWAP A TIRE! WOW!!! WHAT A TOTAL AND COMPLETE DISGRACE! ENDED UP PAYING A DIFFERENT SHOP $150 WHICH WAS STILL UNREASONABLE BUT NOT $400
