Super easy and flexible company- Paul was extremely easygoing and nice, and met me at the shop within the hour of me calling. patched me up super quick! Told me his bread and butter was roadside assistance and tires and any sort of help, so definitely call him!

A little disappointed!! I blew a tire at 5 a.m. and started Googling tire companies near me. I was super excited when I came across Grip Tires. only to push my car to the limit to get here and find out it’s not actually 24 hours like it’s listed online. I could’ve gone to a closer tire company and waited for them to open. Hopefully they have a tire for my car when they do open. Yes, I called and left a voicemail because no one was answering.

I had an elite Customer Service experience. I was headed to the airport, hit a pot hole, caught a flat. I reached out to Phil, without hesitation he assured me they could replace the tire and park car at a location of my choice. Hence, I had to make my flight. l entrusted Phil, and he delivered A-1 service, kept an open line of communication, sent videos and pictures of the replaced tire, a video of where vehicle had been parked. This guy even had gloves on when driving my car, very considerate. The price was very reasonable, service was top tier. I am very satisfied, Grip Tire Company provided me a peace of mind at a very stressful time. I highly recommend this company, 5 stars for Professionalism, promptness, affordability, reliability, integrity, and communication! Thank you so much!!

Unfortunately my quick trip to the city resulted in a flat caused my a piece of metal. FORTUNATELY, I was right down the street from this amazing place. The service was extremely fast, the staff was friendly, and I am really happy with the results. I would 100% recommend.

By far the best experience I’ve had with any tire shop in the Atlanta area! They even helped me to put the brake pad covers on my brake pads. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be a return customer!
