Grismer Tire & Auto Service Center

After paying a diagnosis fee at Jiffy Lube and being told we needed a brand new part plus labor that couldn’t be done at Jiffy, we were referred to Grismer… only to be told the diagnosis was wrong and Jiffy Lube simply hadn’t screwed something in tight enough. An unfortunate accident but Grismer staff only charged us for the diagnosis rather than the full labor, which was hugely helpful given that being out a car for a week affected our family in several ways. We are really thankful for Grismer staff and they will have our business in the future!

Great Service staffs with best offers to offer customer. I recently visited for burst tire replacement which I bought with them 2 month back. They gave me discount of almost full tire price without even asking me. I am so happy that I went to them for my service needs. Highly recommended. I will refer my friends.

Carlos and the fella that checked me out (I’m sorry I forget his name) yesterday were absolutely awesome. I was in a time crunch after my tow there was 2 hours late. I explained to them I had to be at work soon and they made it happen even though I had to push my appointment back TWICE , which was on me and the tow company I chose. Still they were very friendly, very professional, and took my needs into consideration. This was my first experience at Grismer, but it will not be my last. Also you had everyone beat on the prices and I called around. It’s no wonder you’re rated high on reviews. We’ll be taking our cars here to be serviced from now on! Thanks!

Carlos was kind and helpful, he made me comfortable to schedule service with this location. Matthew, my mechanic was very knowledgeable and I trusted his assessment . Craig explained diagnostic findings thoroughly and provided a detailed estimate of repairs. Overall great experience with the team!

I had a flat tire this morning. I ended up needing both back tires replaced (one punctured the other was worn out). Eric and the team there took excellent care of me. I didn’t have an appointment and they were still able to get me in and out and the price and service was awesome. I am so thankful they were able to get me back on the road so quickly. Highly recommend them!
