They did an absolutely amazing job on the transmission for my truck. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, honest, and communicative from start to finish. The mechanical work was excellent, and my truck runs great. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them.

The guys at Grismer were great! They fit me in 30 min before closing because I had a hard vibration when driving highways speeds. They found the issue, rebalanced everything, and all within 30 min. They’re knowledgeable, fast, and honest with their work. Fair pricing, too!

I have been a client of Grismer for years. It has usually been a pleasant experience, however yesterday was very disorganized. When I arrived for my oil change I was asked if I had any other concerns and I mentioned that my washer fluid needed replenished. 2.5 hours later my car was returned to me, minus a receipt because their computer system was down, and when I checked my washer fluid hours later, it was empty. Thankfully when I called to complain they told me to come back and that they would fill the washer fluid up, which they did. Unfortunately if this had been my first experience with Grismer I don’t think I would be returning.

Poor customer service. Stopped in on a Thurs. with a brake controller problem on our truck. They made an appointment for the following Monday and when we arrived they said they couldn't get to it till the next day. I even called ahead on Friday to confirm the work would be done on Monday since we had a time constraint and was told it was no problem. Was told whoever we talked to didn't know what was going on. Really! What kind of way is this to run a business. Don't think we will be back.

The service was great, quick and fast. The only thing that needs to make sure happens next time. When buying new tires, make sure they are all balanced with the same recommended PSI.
