Grismer Tire & Auto Service Center

Grismer in West Carrolton is trust worthy and does a great job. My son was driving my car and hit a giant pit hole on Alex-Bell near his work. I towed the car to Grismer WC and meant Kyle. He told me very clearly what he thought was needed and gave me good estimates on timing. They could have easily charged me for an alignment with what happened. When Kyle called me, he told me he had good news and o did not need the alignment. Thank you for being honest with me. As a single Mom, I have had my fair share of being sold automotive services that I didn’t really need. Grismer West Carrollton, you get my business from now on!!!!

Honest and exceptional service. Without an appointment & on a very busy day, they were able to extract a nail from a (very expensive) tire and refused to even charge me because it didn't actually need a plug. The fact that they were honest and helpful on their busiest day tells me a great deal about this place and the people who work here. Much appreciated!

They were friendly from the door to the time I picked up my car. He estimated an hour and a half but it was only 30-45 minutes. It was an amazing experience. I'll definitely patron here again. Thank you gentlemen.

Great place and team to let them handle all your car needs. Walked in with a flat tire which they handled in less than an hour with great skills even though they were super busy. Their support didn't stop there, they were answering all my questions and concerns in regards of my other car I have regardless if I'm bringing it in to them or not. Love the place and team and will diffently bring my car to them for any future repairs.

I took some new but very warped trailer tires in to be mounted that I got online. The technician told me he could mount them but I wouldn’t be able to return them if I had trouble with them. He then looked up what he had in stock and it ended up being a cheaper price to get their tires which looked in perfect condition and were a higher load rating. Grismer done a great job and I think kept me from possibly losing money on the online purchase.
