Easy to make an appointment online. Dropped car off the night before. Next day they called me & sent pictures of belts showing on tires. I got an alignment & with tires you receive 4 free oil changes so I had that done also. Credit card through Grismer allows 6 months to pay without interest & 5% off. Also doubles warranty. Got my car back same day & I can really tell a difference in how my car handles & rides. Will definitely use again.

I've had seen many mechanics but none that have left me feeling confident in the work they did. Grismer's is the only one that made me feel like my car got exactly what it needed. From the moment we walked into the building the gentleman who assisted us was attentive and well spoken. He went above and beyond to explain everything they found with my car and didn't make us feel pressured to do additional work that still needs to be done. I am so thankful we chose this company to take care of my car; they are the only one I will use from now on.

We have been loyal customer's of Grismer for about 25 years. We have brought every car there for service and new tires. Recently, they have switched over the entire staff. We brought our GMC Terrain there because of a leak in our radiator. We have now had to take it there 4 times for the same issue. The first time they said it wasn't the radiator but a clamp. Then it still leaked. We took it back and then they said it was the radiator. We had them install a new radiator. Then a few days later, it leaked again. We took it back and they said it was a clamp again. They fixed it, but then a few weeks later it leaked again. Guess what, the clamp again. They said it is because of the weather. My question is, why did this not happen in all the years we have had it outside in the cold every wint

I was impressed with the Professionalism before I had even stepped into the Lobby. I have just had a Hip Replacement. It had snowed overnight and the parking lot had been plowed & treated. They insisted that I park as close to the Lobby door as possible. Once inside the experience just kept getting better. My experience at Grismer Tire was excellent. I've been dealing with a strange issue with my Ford F150 (an inconsistent shudder at speed) and the Ford dealership that I had taken it to just kept wanting me to throw money at it. The "let's try this! Welp, that didn't work, so let's try that" approach. After spending 2K at the dealership without addressing the issue, I decided to try some other things. Grismer, being one of the few places that could offer Road Force Balancing of tires, I thought I'd give them a shot. After putting the tires on the machine, they told me that the tires needed no balancing at all.
