I would really love to tell those reading this review that we, as customers seeking automotive services, have two main concerns when choosing a mechanic: first, the price, and second, the technical service from an experienced company! Today, I used Grizzly’s services. Kevin, whom I had the pleasure of meeting today, generously gave me a ride to AutoZone because I needed a part. This was in addition to his very polite and professional demeanor. Your phone number will be saved in my friends' contacts!

They gave me a good quote to replace the motor & another part of my Mustangs driver side window mechanisms over the phone and we've scheduled an appointment for the day after. The tech ended up coming earlier (after confirming with me over the phone that it's ok). He did an amazing job in less than an hour and fixed the issue entirely. This is the best service come across. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service! Incredible communication, punctual, much cheaper than I expected it to be, and even picked the part up from the dealership. I had never done a mobile mechanic before and this was so much easier than going to the shop. Very friendly, kind folks too. Will absolutely be using Grizzly again should the need arise. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience today, the tech (Kevin) was prompt and friendly and efficient. The process was smooth and seamless and everyone was very clear on pricing, the work being done, and the time. Great experience will definitely be calling them again!
