I was traveling across country going back home to PA and my tire got flat. Well this TEAM at this shop was faster than AAA and helped me without charge mind you. And put my spare on and called around for 4 new tires to be put on asap to get back on road !!!! They were all so kind at this shop and went out of their way for me. Hauling our travel trailer cross country and had our 7pin plug fall out and grind down dragging on the road somewhere east of Vega… Lance (the mechanic) stopped what he was working on and quickly, efficiently, and kindly got us right back on the road! Finding him made our bad luck turn good!
We got a flat on our car before my dentist appointment. Got a flat, changed it to the donut. Drove to Vega,TX. Grossman service rebooted the tire and had us back on the road in time to still have breakfast before my appointment. Thank you, your service was quick and you were very kind. Thanks for helping us. You are a real blessing to others.
Car overheated while driving from Phoenix to North Carolina. After a long night stuck at a exit overnight, we had the car towed here due to it being the closest available spot. Being Friday, they explained to me that they wouldnt be able to check it out until Monday at the earliest. That was al completely understandable. We stayed the night at the America's Best Value Inn Motel that night. In the morning, upon arriving at the car to retrieve my important articles and luggage, the guy tells me that he did not think it was the head gasket or a hose because he added about 2 gallons of water and noticed leaks. I called the shop on Monday afternoon to get an update. This guy tells me that he thinks its gonna be the head gasket because he added 2 gallons of water and when you turn the car over,
