Walking into Groty I was hesitant due to my previous experience with buying cars and also I was expressing worry about being approved. Not only did Kelly make recommendations on how to get me approved she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and empathize with me. I had a semi sticky situation with my father however she treated all of us like we were family without judgment. Though she had other guests, she was constantly checking on me.
