Because of the nature of my business, my schedule is extremely demanding and it is nearly impossible for me to step away from my high-level responsibilities and numerous appointments. Yet, through their dedication and careful coordination, Mitzi and Tumay worked together seamlessly to accommodate my situation. I'm very happy that I bought my vehicle and tje service package from Freedom Chevrolet. They were friendly and focused on me as their customer. Communication between me and their peers was clear and effective. When I arrived, they told me what to expect ( timeframe ) and delivered on that (almost to the minute). I was very pleased with the waiting room experience (it was comfortable and had good coffee and snacks). The follow up the next day was a great added touch. Overall, I felt that my car and I were in very good hands.

I was communicating everyday from a Monday to a Friday with tech assigned. It took me calling on a Friday refusing to speak to assigned tech. To find out a part was ordered on Wednesday. And I indeed was covered for a rental through the warranty after repeatedly being denied. It also took me coming in to speak to a manager to finally get that rental set up through enterprise. And, no compensation was offered for the expense of Ubers and Lyft. Which is actually pretty expensive especially due to the incliment weather we were having at the time. And, the tech was not removed from being assigned to me as I requested for her to be removed from my service and replaced.

Freedom Chevrolet has an amazing staff, and one in particular. We just purchased our 2nd vehicle (2026 Traverse Z71) on 1/26/2026 with Mr. Armando Torres. He is an outstanding salesman!! We are extremely pleased with the level of service we received and we highly recommend him to anyone considering a vehicle purchase.

Excellent service! My advisor Jesse was friendly, patient, and made the whole process stress-free. I normally have my husband bring in my vehicle for me but he was away and wasn’t able to. Jesse took the time to explain what exactly my car needed. I will definitely be back.
