Group 1 Ford of Kennesaw Collision

Terrible body shop! Did work on a 2014 Camry. Terrible fit and finish, used a flimsy junk, cheap aftermarket L fender liner and splash guard that were not anywhere near OEM quality, and the car started falling apart. We talked to Travelers insurance since the repairs are guaranteed, and adjuster Michelle and her boss Alex blamed us after we took the car back. Michele said we must have damaged the car on the drive home from the body shop! Manager Alex was no better. He was not sympathetic to our situation, took no responsibility for the poor quality parts used, and denied that the pictures I took the day we picked it up were representative of their repair work. Alex is the best!!! He goes over and beyond to ensure he’s giving exceptional customer service while being thorough in everything he does! He communicates efficiently and takes care of his customers! I had a bad experience with this Body Shop. I got a small scratch on my tailgate and went in for an estimate. The guy who looked at the scratch said it would be around $250. No dents, no new parts needed...easy to fix. Well...I have to call 3 times and ask for the estimate and when I finally received it, it was for $954!!!! They never called me back when they said they would. I went to an independent body shop and paid $275. They did a great job with OEM paint. Save money and aggravation...don't go to Jim Tidwell Collision Center

Like it was said before this place is a joke don't take Your car there and don't sign their contract they'll keep your car forever and they don't care. And they'll give you a car back even if it's not fixed.
