Absolutely the most unprofessional dealer ever! Not professional and with lack of honesty! They contacted me by Esmeralda to book an appointment for car appraisal! Appointment was 2pm then she suggested to push it till 2:30 because she had another customer! I arrived on time and apparently she wasn’t there! Another sales person was trying to help but didn’t know how to lie so simply he told she’s is sick today!! 😂hilarious lie because she text me in the morning! Anyways I should’ve left immediately but decided to wait because the guy offered to confirm the appraisal! I accepted and waisted 45 minutes of my time to find out that they are such a scammers!! His appraisal came back way less what was previously offered and even less than another Sterling McCall dealership! Shame on you Sterling

High pressure sales. I had a new engine installed with a 12 month/12000 miles warranty. It failed within 2000 miles. They want to charge me for another engine and labor. They are trying to not honor the warranty. Ivan is horrible. Their techs are not willing to be responsible. They called my wife and refused to deal with me. Bad repair department. Horrible customer interaction and high pressure. They really want to charge more than the car is worth!? Again!?! Stay away

I brought my car in for repairs due to a recall. I made the appointment through the recall website and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told that they may or may not have the parts for it. To me, that was weird as I scheduled the appointment through the recall website and I would have thought that if they didn't have the parts they would have called me ahead of time to let me know instead of wasting my and everyone else's time. I sat at the dealership for about an hour and a half before I was told that they couldn't find the part. This was the second time that I brought in my car for a recall and it was the second time that I was told that they didn't have the product to fix my car. I ended up having to take my car to Texas Hyundai for both recalls. I guess I should have l

Plan on being there at least 3 hours for an oil change appointment. When you bring in your car for service, communication is non excitant. Won't ever buy a Hyndi again because of their horrible service.
