Had appt at 720am for oil change. Took 2hrs and 40 minutes. I was even early. I told the rep I wanted synthetic oil and got conventional. They don't pay attention. Not recommended. Unless you want to waste half a day and get service you didn't ask for. Said belt needed replaced. I see absolutely nothing wrong with it. Recommended brakes and turning rotors but never took wheel off to even measure. How do I know, because that section was marked not inspected in the report. Even had a water bottle cap left on my battery. I hope they didn't fill my battery with it.
Very professional wholesale Parts Department I wish they can answer the phone sometimes
I never like truck for one day, when I eventually bought this toyota tundra platinum 2021 I love it, and I got a great deal for it too
The staff is helpful but prices are not good. No discounts or specials. If you need a part that you can only get from dealers, you are whistling dixie for pricing.
They have to find out why no one answering the phone I been calling 2 days one time they make me hold them hang up the phone
