I ran over a large rock in the road with my F80 and it cracked my oil pan. I called Group One and Bri was very helpful in getting me an estimate quickly so I could make a decision. I dropped my car off and got it back a little over a week later. After I sold my arm and leg, I put my car up on my lift and inspected their work……I did spend about $6k after all, and let me tell you, it looked amazing just like it came from the factory. Could I have done this myself? Sure, but what a pita it would be doing this oil pan replacement on my garage floor with a pair of QuickJacks lol. Good work ain’t cheap and cheap work ain’t good. Anyone who has a German or other European car knows this. If I ever have a repair that’s beyond what I can accomplish comfortably, I’ll.gladly use Group One

First trip to Group One Motorsports. I was impressed to find well kept modern facility with a fantastic team that greets you and makes sure you’re comfortable. They offer no pressure recommendations of service through text and keep you in tune as to whats going on with your vehicle during their servicing? Their loaner vehicles are in great condition and a real plus for those not in local to the Tucson area.

I would not recommend bringing an M-series BMW here. Despite being assured they were knowledgeable about my vehicle before I dropped it off, their 'diagnosis' for a transmission overheating warning was simply driving the car without monitoring the actual temps. I was told the car was 'good' until I insisted they actually check the temperature—only then did they admit there was an issue. To make matters worse, I was quoted $8k–$9k for a job that other reputable shops quoted at $3k–$4k. When questioned on the high labor rate, they admitted to upcharging parts to make their profit. For example a $100 part shouldn't cost a customer $500 just to hide a high labor rate. It’s dishonest and designed to confuse you. Just moved from San Diego to Tucson, found this company on line. Wow can't praise them enough, staff are friendly and well I informed about your vehicle. Service is excellent above and beyond, highly recommend them, they are my go to service place. Have two Range Rivers and a BMW they service them all.go check them out for yourself,you will not be disappointed.

Last Thursday I sent my Mercedes-Benz SUV to this place for tire pressure issues and an inspection on the car’s condition before a short trip. The engineers and workers are really professional, perfectly solved my concerns and provided me with details about their inspections on my car. They really care about my car and my safety on the road, as well as respect my personal opinions. The cost is reasonable as well. I would no doubt recommend this one to my friend and visit by myself again for maintenance of my car in the near future.
