While there were technically no issues, I feel it should be noted that my husband’s work van has a front mirror recording camera that picks up audio and tracks GPS whenever the vehicle is turned on. While transporting the van to one of the lots, the driver (who I will assume was also the tow truck driver based on some of the conversation) can be heard talking to someone else and fan boying over my husband’s sub woofer system. It was suggested that this item be taken, but the driver said, “nah bro, he’s coming to pick it up.” So in response to the other posts I see about theft, I do not doubt for a second that personal property is stolen by the employees on a regular basis. I've verified everything on my end to redeem my vehicle and 24 hours later they have not completed the paper work to release my car I've called and it goes straight to voicemail every single time I've left a voicemail and still no call back. Do not use this company under any circumstances they have shady business practices. I understand you're only retrieving property for the bank but when you slack on getting back to someone after getting everything done properly the last thing they need is to wait on you guys more than 24 hours to get back to them because your agent hasn't completed his/her paperwork it is unacceptable and irresponsible. Not to mention not answering calls from anyone except your bank clientele.

Those stuff are thiefs , they towed my vehicle of stores of items ...... my laptop ,vehicle tyres , hats , are missing in my car after that.
