GSK Climate Control

I’m sure everyone at GSK is great, but Chris is who normally services our house and he is by far the best at what he does. He is friendly, personable, prompt, efficient, does the repairs quickly, explains everything so I can fully understand, and is very knowledgeable about every system we have. Beyond that, for example, he thinks through how the unavoidable delay of waiting for a part to come in can impact us and finds a temporary solution to make it right until the final repair can be done. It would have been far easier to say “you’ll just have to wait” but instead Chris always goes above and beyond to set us up with a solution. With service like this, GSK will always be our first call.

Greg is incredibly knowledgable and his entire staff are all very professional. We recommend them highly. We had ongoing problems with our old geothermal system due to a poor job of installation 15 years ago by another contractor. The entire system was in need of redesign and replacement including a new geothermal heat pump, new tankless hot water heater and backup propane boiler. It was a very complex job and Greg and his people did a phenomenal job. We have geothermal heat, backup heat, air conditioning and hot water all working perfectly. Greg has been very patient with me explaining everything step by step. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the new system.

We bought a new house and within weeks, the water heater died and so did the oil burner. GSK was recommended and we're so glad we used them. There were numerous code violations to contend with and antiquated systems. GSK responded promptly, rectified code violations, contended with old systems and did a fabulous job with both the water heater and boiler. Many thanks to Bruce, his team and incredible electrician.

Greg Kristensen and his crew are outstanding--they put in a new HVAC and later a completely new boiler/hot water heater system that was costly but very well done and has served us well. They are very responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

If you need something repaired, find another company. I called them in October to have a valve replaced so we could have heat in the bathrooms. We were told, they would put us on "the board." 5-weeks later, and no call back, they now tell me to find someone else. Very disappointing since we are new to the area and patiently waited. Their trucks are in our area all the time. This just show poor management.
