They fix what needs to be fix, I thought I needed a new A/C Compressor, but I didn't, now I have Ice cold air and new tune up. Car runs so smooth now and they saved me some big bucks. I traveled from Pinellas to this shop because of the good reviews and word of mouth. Tim, his brother and their mechanic were A++ on assessing my car issue. Taking the time to let me see and feel the issue myself and having a conversation about what's the best recommendation for now & later. I sincerely appreciate the time spent and will certainly be back whenever work is needed.

GTR Automotive has satisfied my family's automotive repair needs many times. We find them to be very fair in costs. They explain all aspects of the vehicles repair needs. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. Above everything, they are fast and very friendly. Highly recommended.

I went to them 6 months ago with no complaints and left a 5 star review. Service and price were more than fair 6 months ago… This time around I was treated very differently. I took my car in with a multitude of problems that I wanted diagnosed (my taillight is out and I replaced it myself but it still won’t work, suspension issue, etc) and I was fully expecting a FULL diagnostic. Instead they diagnosed 1 issue (the one I guess they deemed most important) and largely disregarded further diagnostic. After waiting nearly 2 hours while the owner spoke on the phone with someone (initially I was told it would be a 45-60 min wait), I was informed my differential was shot and I’d need a full replacement, as well as a bearing and brake pads/ rotors in the back. He quoted me $4,500… didn’t address w
