I've entrusted Guadalajara Tire Shop in Santa Ana with my tire needs for several years now, and I must say, they've consistently exceeded my expectations. This gem of a tire shop came highly recommended by my father, who has been relying on their expertise for his heavy-duty truck tires for years. These guys are lifesavers pulled up needing a tire repair but unfortunately the condition of the tire was worse that I though luckily they had a used tire available and were able to get it mounted at a fair price and was done in minutes. They do accept cards as well as tap option like Google pay in my case. Definitely would recommend

Unfortunately I don’t trust this place anymore. A while ago I got my tire stabbed on the side wall and I came to get a tire. Then a couple of months later someone did it again. This time I couldn’t take it and had my wife come to get a tire and they patched the old tire they took off previously that had the stab on the side wall and patched it and resold it to her. I know this because they don’t carry that tire brand I had asked for it in the past. Not even Toyota has it. You have to make a special order. Beyond shady and I will never return. Be careful buying tires from this location I no longer trust them and their shady practices.

Great experience, I called ahead to ask if they had the size tires I needed, they were ready when I got there and the team quickly installed 4 tires for me. Great value the price was very reasonable. Thank you. Would recommend and will return.

These guys are grifters, straight up. They lied to me, saying the last shop in that spot went out of business and isnt in business anymore, which is a complete lie. They told me they were replacing my tire with an exact match, and without my approval replaced with a cheap alternative, but not at a cheap alternative price either. No balance or any other due diligence on the install. No details on the receipt, no brand or any of the service claims he made were on it. Then, when I realized they bait and switched me, I went back for a refund. They couldn’t even figure out their payment system, so had to pay me out in cash, and this clown even tried to stiff me $10 on the cash refund, that’s how scummy these guys are. I would give zero stars if possible, do not deal with these grifters.
