Chuck is the best! He does all my transmissions! Been going to him for about 4 years now!

I have went threw 3 transmission in the past years each year right after the warranty is up a total of 4 transmission threw this man Chuck . 1st year was my fault I miss placed my receipt so I had to buy another. 2nd year I took the transmission out and put back in myself so I'm like ok maybe I did something wrong. 3rd year I pay Chuck to take out and put in get it back home he forgets to put the plug in and it's leaking in my garage take it all the way back to Blanchard he fixed the problem I'm thankful. 4th year agian right after the warranty is up I tell him hey now each time it's right b4 the warranty is up and I Guarantee I have not put more than 5000 miles on this car the whole 366 days this transmission has been in he honors the warranty and fixes it and just changed me for taken th

This business is horrible and does not communicate very well. Or respond when you try to get ahold of them and when they do. They have no idea what they are talking about he. Revealed my transmission a year ago. And we've had nothing but issues with it. And then when we asked him about it when our transmission went. Out. He ignored us in refuse to look at our truck with the transmission in it to find out why it was making the noise that it was doing. And then a friend of ours had their transmission replaced by the same guy about a month ago and his transmission is trash. And we are going to assume that he did not use actual new parts or even fixed it. The correct way and is not owning to his mistake. If I was you, I would steer clear of this business.
