Guaranteed Auto Parts

As they said, they guaranteed they’d have my part for my son’s vehicle. I ran over there. They had it. They were sweet, polite, clean nice no complaints here at all and I’m kind of picky.

Tried to support a small shop over a large marketplace when purchasing a special part for a client. Their website indicated the item was in stock and would deliver within a few business days. I purchased, and 10 days after purchase still had not received a shipping email. Inquired, and found out the part was backordered and would be another 3 weeks for delivery. Zero notification of this was given to me at any time, and if I had not reached out, I could've had my client waiting for a month for a little piece of plastic. Then when I tried to request an order cancellation and refund, I was ignored. I will not be a returning customer. In other news, the large marketplace has already delivered my replacement, before I've even seen a cancellation or refund from this seller.
