Called to inquire about used tires bc I saw a review that said great prices on the used tires... lady that answered said they don't sell used tires. So confused...

Im currently moving and my car needed a somewhat involved repair. I was ready to have my car in the shop for a long time but these guys saved the day! With little notice they were able to fix the problem and I was on my way. Steven was at the counter when I came in and has excellent customer service. I think it was Ryan who worked on my car and he was super efficient. I would definitely recommend this place. They saved me from a headache and having to rearrange all of my plans. Oh, they also have very fair pricing!

The manager, the front desk, and the mechanics do their very best to get the job done quickly and efficiently, and you can not be the price anywhere in Johnson City. Along with tires, they do excellent mechanical work and make sure the job is done right. New tires or used tires you can't beat their price. The price they quote you is the price you'll pay without charging you extra for breaking down the tires or mounting tires or disposal fees like most of the big chains do. I will not take my car anywhere else. These guys care and take pride in what they do. You don't have to worry about any rip-off scams from guaranteed. You can trust them to take care of your vehicle at a fair price. These guys are true professionals. I want to say thank you to everyone there. You guys are the greatest.

I been meaning to write this for a couple of months. Sorry guys better late than never lol 😆. These guys have been going through some changes. Good changes though. They are super nice and try to help in any way they can. I have taken both of my vehicles there for different issues they have always did a good job and at a fair price. I would recommend that you give them a chance weather it be for tires, mechanical issues, or just car maintenance.

Previously had a really good experience at Guaranteed Appliance, so when I needed some car work done I decided to give Guaranteed Tire & Auto a try. The experience with these guys went just as well. They were professional, let me know what work needed to be done, were upfront about pricing. The common thread between both of my Guaranteed experiences is generosity. They aren't trying to nickel and dime you for the little things, rather they are willing to go the extra mile to leave you satisfied. Keep up the great work fellas.
