I recently took my brand new truck (just over 1,000 miles) to Gulf Coast Ford’s service department after noticing an unusual ring forming around the front passenger-side rotor. This is not something that should happen on a new vehicle, and I expected the issue to be taken seriously. Instead, the customer service rep brushed it off, saying it was “probably just a rock” and that it would cost $100 just to look at it. They went ahead, “looked” at the issue, machined the rotor, and sent me on my way—claiming nothing was wrong and no debris was found. Four days later, the exact same ring reappeared. This was a scheduled oil change, routine maintenance. I arrived at 8:32 and was done before 10:00. Everything went well. I am used to being greeted before I get out of my car. I had to go inside to get the process started. No vacuuming of my car or rinsing off. I live on dirt country roads and was hoping they would rinse my rear window. These are just courtesy steps that make a person want to continue to use your service. I really love my car. I have recommended you to my friends.

Took my Mustang in for The Works oil change and multi point inspection. My service writer, Brian, greeted me warmly and got my Mustang in for service quickly. After about 30 minutes, Brian came to the waiting area to give me a rundown of the multipoint inspection and walked me to the checkout desk. I appreciate the friendly, prompt service and that Gulf Coast didn’t try to take advantage of me as a female customer and try to upsell me extra service or items. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Ford service.
