Never purchase a vehicle from this location. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Mr. Flin was more worried about how I was going to pay for the car then anything. He treated me as if I was not able to purchase the vehicle. Mind you I paid for the vehicle in full. I told him this was a daily driver he blew me off. He also was talking about me to the finance officer not realizing I was standing outside the door. I told him this was my 6th vehicle from this particular brand. So my spouse starts talking to him about cars Porsche to be exact. He starts bragging about his own '81 like Oh... they're expensive. Purchased a Lexus Rx350 for my wife from the salesman, Bob. We heard a knocking sound coming from the steering column when we took our test drive. We told Bob about it and asked if the service warranty would cover the repair. He said it would. So my wife went to a Lexus dealership close to her work, and was told by them that the whole column needed to be replaced for over $4,000 and that the warranty did not cover it. Furious, I called Bob and told him the situation. Before I could even begin to ask what he was going to do about it, he said "Bring it in and we'll take care of it." Not only did they take care of it, they found an issue with the axle and took care of that, as well. We were so impressed with their service, we bought another Rx350 for me!
