Gum Spring automotive has always gotten us in immediately, the service has been quick so our routines haven’t been upended, and the customer service is great! We love having a shop so close to home where we know we can always get in when a problem arises and trust that the work and integrity of the business is above par!

I had my car towed to a shop up the road from this place and was told they couldn't do the repairs so I had it towed to Gum spring auto to have the repairs done because the woman on the phone said it could be done. I told her I wanted the studs replaced and needed to know how much it would be, when I got the estimate I told her If I couldn't pay for the repairs I'd come pick it back up. We'll I went back to pick it up and they told me they wanted $150 for a diagnostic fee to tell me what I already knew was wrong. And wouldnt give me my keys until I paid it. Got got very rude was yelling and cussing at me and being very disrespectful. Asking if I think I just have people do things for me and not pay. It was at the 1st shop 2 days they looked it over amd determined they didnt have the equipm

I'd give them 6 stars if I could!! Truly an awesome group of people here, the turnaround time was awesome, and you can tell they really care for their customers. Will definitely be back again if I ever have any car issues

Took my car in after finding i had no oil, oil light flashing after not long having it serviced at Jiffy Lube. They were quick to locate the problem, delt with the Jiffy lube rep and fixed the issue promptly. The whole team was super nice, especially Mathew. I'm sure I called way to much, their customer service is top notch as well. No more Jiffy lube for me. I'll take it to Gum springs from now on!!!!

Called about getting my car repaired and the prices are crazy!!!! Had mechanic in short pump do the work at $80 an hour versus $150..Seems like all these repair shops are killing people with these prices...
