We absolutely had a fantastic experience at Gunn Collision Center, their Customer Service Manager Daytona L was extremely kind, helpful and professional when we brought our Honda Civic with a detached bumper end. She explained to us the repair methods and cost options thoroughly and scheduled the service promptly. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the repair quality, timing and cost. Reggie and his team did a fantastic job on my 2025 Acura Integra A-Spec. The right front side was banged up in an accident and the body work was impeccable. He recalibrated the sensors well and the car overall (accelerator, manual gear, breaks) are responding better than before. Definitely my new go-to person for anything related to my car. Great job!
Jennifer at Gunn Collision Center did an outstanding job with coordinating repairs on my Lexus SUV. She handled everything for me including my car rental. Gunn Collision excellent service in San Antonio, Texas someone had my vehicle they got in an accident with it they fixed my car it looked brand new. Human error happened I live in NC a clamp and hose was not properly placed back. Gunn Collision honored there mistake and paid for my repair. A lot of companies or people will not admit they’re wrong. They took responsibility less than 24 hours I am riding again. Thank You Brian Miller and Chris. At the car dealership Sports Durst Mitsubishi where it was repaired Tammy Neal said, that they were the nicest gentleman she had ever spoken too. Of course, no one ever want to be in an accident but if it happens and you are in San Antonio, Texas I highly recommend Gunn Collision believe you me I paid the price for being kind and nice and it came back
