Absolutely, I dont recomend at all. I brought my 2017 chrysler pacifica for a water pump repair, and next they said i need a thermostat housing and thermostat plus they said my valve cover was leaking oil. Im an experienced mechanic the only reason went to the dealer for the job to be done was because is under extended warranty. So the third of September, i went to pick up my van, i checked under my hood to see the jobs that had been done, and the motor cover was missing! We return back and they said they had put in the trash, it was in brand new condition! One of the mechanic have to go dumpster diving to find it, he came back with a few he had found in there, none were the right cover. He finally found it laying around inside the shop. They didnt put everything back together as it was.

At the time the vehicle was purchased, she was living in another state, over 500 miles away, and was clocked in at work, making it impossible for her to have been present. When I initially contacted the dealership, Morris told me her name was nowhere on the paperwork. Months later, after I obtained the finance packet directly from the lender, the story suddenly changed. Me and my husband bought a grand wagoner over 2 months ago, title work has still not been done! No one answers the phone; MISSY gave excuse after excuse. Also talked to Missys manager whose name I have sadly forgotten. EMITT promised to call back and didn’t. For the past 7 days we have called everyday and got a response of “I’ll give you a call back”, and yet for 7 days we haven’t ever gotten any of the calls back, We now can’t drive the car due to a 3rd expired temp tag and now they won’t answer. Don’t do business with them, I am now contacting my local tag office to see which options we have. Hopefully someone sees this review and contacts us immediately. This is unacceptable! I will take this review down if and only if we receive a call and our tag! Permanent TAG.

I usually go to a personal mechanic for my vehicles. My mechanic told me I had to take my Charger to a dealership to have the car fixed. I don’t trust the dealership in my town , so I took it to Gunther. The vehicle is running fine with no issues. Thank you so much for looking out for us.
