I brought my 2004 explorer to guys paint and body shop to see what they could do for my roof. Pitted and rust spots everywhere Ron said he could tackle the challenge. Not knowing what was underneath he gave me a very fair estimate to take care of the issues. After grinding and scraping the top layers off to get to the real problem Ron stood by his word even though the repairs were much worse than he expected. Ron's staff went beyond what I would expect for the price he gave me to make sure the repairs would be done like he promised. After seeing pictures of the damage that was hidden underneath they did an exceptional job. Came here for repairs to my damaged vehicle. Customer service here is very good. The owner Ron and his wife sure know how to treat a customer. With over 40 years in the same location, they know how to get things done and right the first time. I had an issue getting my car serviced at another auto body with poor customer service so I ended up at Guy's instead.

I brought my Car in and I was greeted by Ron and his assistant.They were so pleasant and accommodating. Also, they were very patient with me Everytime I had to reschedule with them. The Bodywork looks so new! They even restored my yellowing headlights good as new! Don't hesitate, ask for Ron!

Horrible service, the owner Ron has a bad attitude. Took my car to get painted and added a diffuser and front lip, the front lip was not put properly and flew off two days later! Went back to Ron and he has the nerve to tell me to call the place where I got my front lip from. The rear diffuser was put on improperly! And the paint job was garbage. Overall if you care about your car and looking for quality service look elsewhere! I will never take my car there!
