I’ve had to bring my truck a few times and every single time I’m extremely happy with the service here. This RAM is closer to me than the one in Chicopee (which the service in Chicopee is terrible) Chris the manager here is always a pleasure to work with, friendly and professional. It’s a smaller garage with a smaller team but they always seem to get the job done in a timely manner. A++
