Moving to Gwynedd Estates 12 years ago is the second smartest thing I have done. This relatively small community with a gorgeous campus has rejuvenated my life. I have done things that I never dreamed I could do, such as speaking extemporaneously, writing creative fiction and performing in a talent show. The residents of Gwynedd have become a second family to me.

Gwynedd Estates is comfortable in size allowing friendships to form with a variety of residents. Its setting is pastoral exuding a pleasant surrounding.

Looking for an extremely kind, caring community? Gwynedd Estates is that and so much more. From start to moving in, you are the focus of attention: your needs, your wants. I looked at more than five communities. None compared to the warmth of people at all levels of helping me have questions answered, tours, talking to many different residents of Gwynedd. After only two months, I am so happy to have made this choice.. I'm home!!

This is a fantastic place. A location that one can feel secure in retiring. It's obvious that they put lots of money back into the place because every time you turn around they're rehabbing something that I didn't notice needed to be rehabbed. It is astonishing the amount of greenery and flowers they bring in during the Spring and Summer. The people that run this Gwynedd Estates are extremely nice and accommodating. I spent a lot of time visiting my aunt and every visit is pleasent and I find the food very good.

My parents have lived at Gwynedd Estates for 2 years, in a 2 BR, 2 BA apartment. I give an A+ star to every single part of Gwynedd: the staff, the people who live there, the value for money, the individual attention, the caring and patience and thoroughness of staff. I would stay here myself when I'm older, in a New York minute! I've stayed in their apartment twice for a week each, besides interacting with staff before and after. My parents are 90 and just moved to the Memory Unit because of my mom. ACTS Retirement Community (who owns Gwynedd and other nearby retirement communities) arranged for them to have two connecting rooms.
