Gwynn Tire Service

Yesterday my tire went flat in my right rear for the second time in a row within a one week period despite rotating them and putting my spare on the car. To keep the tow short I settled for the downtown location over the location in white hall. I had planned on getting the two whitewall tires I bought put on the front of the car and keeping two studded tires on the rear because it is a rear wheel drive car so that it never gets stranded or stuck in the snow. They told me over the phone that they couldn't fulfill my request for "liability reasons," and I told them the truth: "the new tires are the proper sized tires for the car and the studded tires that I bought the car with are smaller for wintertime. Put them on the front and keep the studs in the rear when you rotate them." They said

Driving from Hanover, PA to Louisville Kentucky and a tire on our camper blew out. We stopped here to get a brand new spare. Everyone was super friendly and they took care of us right away! Thanks guys!

After stopping for lunch, on a trip, I did an inspection of my trailer and discovered a deep cut in one of the tires. After calling around this was the only shop that had these small size tire that I needed. I went there and the gentleman behind the counter said it would take about 45 minutes, no problem. After about 20 minutes he told me the tire was replaced and ready to go. As a side note they're waiting area was filled with very comfortable Adirondack rocking chairs. The chairs were for sale. Although a bit expensive, if I was in the market for one I would have bought one of those because they were very well built.

I called and asked for a walk in appointment. They squeezed me in same day 2:30 PM. I walked in the doors at 2:10 PM and was walking out at 2:30 PM. Awesome service friendly people. I had four new tires installed that I brought with me. Cost me $135 money well spent 20 minutes five stars thank you

Excellent experience with them. I arrived in town on a Friday evening and noticed a screw in the sidewall of a rear tire. I called and they had tires in stock to fit my Rav4. They set them to the side for me and got me in first thing Saturday morning. I had 2 new tires on in half an hour. Price was very reasonable and the employees were friendly. I highly recommend this shop.
