H and H Truck Center

So, we just had a customer today that wanted to test drive a truck that he'd already driven, no problem. This truck was being sold with a 1year, 20,000 mile warranty. But he warned me that he was "going to drive it like he stole it", was not going to drive the speed limits and was going to do "fast starts" and "revving the engine and driving hard" and wanted to get on the interstate where he could really get up to high speeds! I said "No", sorry not sorry. You have already warned me you're going to drive like an idiot and possibly wreck our truck or worse. Why would ANYONE agree to that? So we're probably going to get a bad review but I really felt the entire story should be read. Sorry Nick.

Purchased a 2011 Ford ranger. This was a non intimidating, no pressure environment Felt like dealership years of experience was evident in every way possible. Price was very good with excellent perks. Vehicle was extensively inspected. shopped around at numerous dealerships and private parties and felt this was definitely my best choice. I will stay in touch with this dealership and will provide periodic reviews because most used vehicle dealerships I have delt with say everything you want to hear until you purchase vehicle and walk out door, will see. Update: 9/29/2020- truck is still awesome.

I originally gave this place a 5 star review as the truck I bought here seemed liked a good deal at first and the people there were nice... However, the vehicle I purchased from here is garbage. Numerous mechanical issues started surfacing very shortly after purchase. They actually told me not to worry about the check engine light that came on after I got it home! Vehicles have that light for a reason... If Virginia had a lemon law for used vehicles I could get out of mine, but now I'm stuck with a money pit full of problems. Go to a dealership that actually gives their vehicles a proper inspection.

The best customer service ever. Friendly helpful & honest. You could not go wrong buying from H &H Truck Center. My Son has purchased 2 vehicles & I purchased 1. We are very pleased with our vehicles. My Son lives in Maryland & he comes here to purchase his vehicles.

The owner i suppose (husky older woman with short blonde hair) is so rude. After we said no to the one she showed us she insulted our budget telling us we wont find what we're looking for anywhere else which our budget was more than the asking price and we had straight cash and she still belittled us. She then said they do warrenties and for the truck we were looking at we asked what the warranty was and she says with an attitude,"why would we put a warranty on that old of a truck?" And it was an '03 for less than 5 grand. Well she just said all of their vehicles have a warranty.. Than in a snarky tone as we left and told her to have a nice day she said "good luck." Lady needs an attitude adjustment or a new job. Uncalled for completely the way she treated us and i hope she reads this. Yo
