Have used them for several yrs. Always polite. Will explain work being done. Small and cluttered area but access to tv. But they get the job done in timely manner. Willing to put on parts not purchased thru them. Highly recommend 😍

I have been going to H&D auto for many many years back when the shop was on Berkeley in Germantown. Liam and his staff is always courteous and thorough. I have recommended them to so many family members and friends. You will be well taken care of with them and his staff. I recommend them highly.

I have been coming to this shop for two of my cars and each time the Owner is disrespectful. They do good work but he tried to explain what I believe the issue is before hand and his delivery was disrespectful. He rushed me when I was answering his questions and made it seem as though I don’t know what I’m talking about. He talked to me as a child. And when I asked him to double check something he dismissed me and told me to take my car somewhere else. He has a short temper when I remained respectful each time but refusing me service because I asked him to double check something.
