I purchase car wash codes with each fuel purchase from HEB, and with my travels, the rain, and the frequent breakdowns of this wash, I had a few wash codes to use up; I asked to get 2 expired codes renewed but they would only provide one, so I am out my purchase cost. My mistake, but my expected solution was to simply provide new codes so I wasn't penalized. Turned out to also be a poor wash, with about 5 seconds of dry time.
I bought a $6 wash with gas which I did not use for a month so they expired it. What a rip off! While I was at the wash I bought another wash for $7 and the results are horrible for the back of the suv. This is not unusual for this type of car washes trying to clean suvs
