What a damn shame that this company turned into. My office talked to the dealership the week of October 21st we needed a simple inspection on a truck we’ve taken our trucks here on and off for years they said drop it by they’ll get it in the next day. We dropped it off October 27. Wait a few days had Heard nothing back. Gave them a call. They said the truck will get in a few days had no explanation of why it wasn’t in already when it was supposed to be in the following day. Hence, the reason people make appointments. But anyways, a few days later, nothing a few days later nothing. I called and talked to the day manager and the evening manager, both of them Were lost in the clouds. Polite people but they couldn't tell me if a part was in stock because they need actually part number. Gave him part number and because its a freightliner part they can't look it up by vin. Have to bring in the part or find another shop who could pull up parts by Vin

I'm editing my review because it was a bit unfair. Sometimes they do take a long time for repairs, but it's understandable with the crazy volume they're contending with daily. And the service desk is always friendly and polite, which deserves some recognition. 👍🏻

I purchased a new truck with a box and lift gate in Dec. 2023. The truck delivery was delayed until July 5, 2024. It was delivered with the wrong lift gate and the back up camera was not installed. We had to wait until Sept 4, 2024 to receive our truck with the correct lift gate. It took 9 weeks for HL Gage's mistake to be fixed. We had to rent a truck for these additional 9 weeks incurring over $9000 in rental fees. HL Gage has not done anything to help us with these additional costs to make up for the mistake that they made. We understand that the original delayed delivery was out of HL Gage's hands but the 9 weeks we had to wait for their mistake to be fixed should not be solely our responsibility.

Attempted to schedule a simple 10k preventative maintenance for my Isuzu truck about a month in advance because I had a tight window to fit it into. When I dropped it off, I had to give all of my information again as if they never took it down in the first place, safe to assume they did not and just said “yup bring it in”. I was reassured the quick couple hour service job would be done by Monday, when I had to come and take the truck back. When I arrived they said they were still in diagnosis. I told them to unhook it and I would have to handle it later, which took about a half hour in itself. So a month long planned 2 hour maximum job was never completed.
