I had been going here for over a decade. I had an appoinment today to get damage from a crash estimated. When I showed up I was told I could not wait for my vehicle, that if someone was not picking me up they would need to reschedule. This was never an issue before in over 10 years of bringing my vehicles here across 3 vehicles. "I thought you knew since I asked you for a phone number" - no, everyone always gets a phone number. Maybe outright tell people when they schedule if they can not wait for it. Since I have no way to guarantee transportation (you're working on my car duh) I will never be going back. RIDICULOUS NEW POLICY.

Just stopped in for a required state inspection. Done quickly and I was on my way. Very nice people

My car failed inspection because the rear windows weren't working. I brought it to H&S Auto for repairs. They quickly realized that a child's lock safety feature was engaged. They turned it off, and the rear windows worked just fine. This is the most trustworthy car repair place I've ever found and I highly recommend them to everyone. Go to H&S Auto!
