I used to enjoy visiting here until my recent visit to learn they no longer offer the basic package. I don't need all the extra stuff/fluff for cleaning my car esp with living in Chicago! Bring back Basic! And I'm not buying a monthly card. I don't need my car washed every week. I never lost a friend or job over a dirty car.

I had my car washed here today, but it ended up getting scratched. I spoke with the manager and asked him to take a look, but he said there was no need and claimed that every car that comes here gets scratched. I was upset and asked about the company’s damage policy, but he couldn’t give me an answer. After I said “okay” and took photos of the scratch, only then did he say he would take care of it.

I got the unlimited monthly car wash package as a gift for my dad, and it’s been a great choice! The service is fantastic—cars come out spotless, and the free vacuums and compressed air at both the Hanover Park and Itasca locations are a big plus. There was a minor billing issue that I didn’t catch right away, but the owner handled it quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the prompt resolution. Overall, great experience and a great gift—highly recommend!

Bad experience with service and car wash !! If you still want to check it out, make sure to wash your car and inspect it in daylight for scratches afterward. They messed up my car paint with scratches, and now I need to pay $250 for polishing to fix it. On top of that, their some staff is rude as well.
